About Me and Spring
I've been working with women. I've studied and continue to get education on everything that concerns women's health and fitness and training at different stages of our lives.
I realized this is my true calling in life: to help other women become healthier and stronger and make time to take care of themselves. I have always been passionate about sports and fitness. I’ve been exercising ever since I can remember: gymnastics, volleyball, swimming, dancing, pole fitness, you name it! As my life shifted into that of an expat, changing locations and having to start over more than once, keeping up with movement and self care became more challenging. A busy schedule, fulfilling work obligations and keeping up with a social life, while finding time for training seemed impossible. But I found the way to make time for myself, to get back into exercising and a healthy lifestyle. And I want to help you find yours. |

"During the Spring program, I really enjoyed the flexibility of everything: the program itself, the exercises, the pace and check-ins. Vane made it easier to follow and keep up with it while taking into account our own personal realities.
