What You Can Expect

Kindness
Be kind to others but first, be kind to yourself. Learn to enjoy the process, you are here, you are on the right path, be gentle and patient with your body and your mind. Changing habits takes at least 21 days for the brain! Aim to be consistent but don’t stress if you miss a session or you eat something extra one day. Be kind, talk to yourself, and get back on track!

A Flexible and Tailored Approach
There is always a plan for each session based on the clients needs and wants, but we won’t always do it to a “t.”
First thing every session is seeing how the client feels and is doing that day so I can adapt the plan to them. 


Quality not Quantity
As a trainer, I choose to do more with less: rather do 8 well executed and effective exercises than 20 poorly done. When thinking of specific exercises, it is preferable to do less repetitions of each as well with good technique than 100 reps with bad form that could later lead to pain and injury. 

Fun & Professionalism
Consistency through classes for you to learn the technique and see the improvements but variety at the same time to make it more entertaining. Disclaimer: Classes may contain some dancing, singing, and funny faces :) 

Trust & Rapport
I work with clients so that we can trust each other and trust the process and you can trust your own ability to improve. Building a good relationship makes our sessions more enjoyable, but also helps us communicate and achieve mutual understanding.
