FLEXIBILITY ONLINE

These classes are for people who do pole fitness, aerial sports or similar, or anyone who wants to improve their active flexibility.

We work on different patterns, such as back-bending and splits, with exercises to stretch and lengthen the muscles, but also with strength and motor control activities to then be able to use the new ranges of motion and fle
xibility confidently.

Classes in English and Spanish are Mondays and Wednesdays 7pm, and Fridays at 6 pm CET- Madrid on Teams.

All classes are recorded so you have access to them if you cannot attend live (recordings stay active  for 5 days)
